I’m now in Virginia, on my way to New York. It’s been a blast so far. The release party at Book People was more fun than I’d have thought possible–thank you all who showed up.
On Friday the 11th we’ll be at Mysterious Galaxy in San Diego (or see the event page on facebook, if you prefer).
On Saturday the 12th, at Borderlands Books in San Francisco. [Note from jenphalian: the events page of their site isn’t as up to date as possible, but the event is at 3 pm, and you can see details if you scroll down to their calendar.]
I’d love to see some of you there.

Damn, would have enjoyed buying you coffee while you were in the Commonwealth. One of these days, I’ll find my way to a book signing.

Lisefrac: Yes. On a red eye. Oof indeed! I’m gonna be a mess on Sunday. But, I hope, recovered and ready to rock on Monday.

Well, then. Only thing to say to that is be well, travel safe, and I’ll see you Sunday 🙂

I am here to report that Steve and Skyler were in excellent form at Borderland books here in San Francisco. They had excellent answers and insights for the standing room crowd. I will add that it was totally fun to sign their private copies of The Incrementalists even as they signed ours! One fan was so enthusiastic that that he brought his entire Brust book collection for Steve to sign, and Steve was very gracious as it was obvious that this was very important for the young gentleman.

It was delightful to meet you and Ms. White in person. If I may give a bit of advice, I know book tours are a great deal of work so try and have a bit of fun with it.
Also, I think I’ve put my finger on why I still like Feng. In every other thing I’ve read, the main character isn’t really that nice. But I can imagine having Feng over for dinner without worrying about anyone getting hurt.

And this has nothing to do with anything, but it made me laugh: https://twitter.com/HardSciFiMovies
