Little Brother by Cory Doctorow

It’s a YA about techno-geek kids saving the world. Afterword by Bruce Schneier. It will be out from Tor in less than a fortnight. Buy it, read it, love it.

  1. Alas, my new year’s resolution was to not buy any more books this year, until I clear my (massive) ‘to read’ shelf.  Except for _Jhegaala_, of course!

I’ll have to put _Little Brother_ on my ‘next year’ list…

  2. It is quite amazing. My review is viewable above. (I said a little more than skzb did.)

I still think it will probably be one of the most important books published during my lifetime.

  3. I got the arc from PNH today and it is awesome. Some cool riffs on “1984” in it was well.

  4. As you’re plugging books, Steward of Song by Adam Stemple came out quite recently, and I found it a delightful sequel to Singer of Souls.

  5. just chiming in to say you sold me … waiting for my copy to arrive (and hoping it gets here before my flight to NL next week so I have something wonderful to get me through the plane hours)
