Poem’s ok.
I’m kind of still stuck on idea of chocolate covered oysters. (yitch)

Kit,
From only two samples of you verse, I say with some delight that you have a way of creating wonderfully tense vague/precise images through a minimalist approach. Not many have that gift. As someone who almost always overly verbose, I greatly admire this trait.
Please link any other poems you believe finished — at appropriate intervals. The two I’ve seen take time to fully appreciate.

DFG: Thanks. Sorry about the penis. I did try to let people know what kind of zine it was. ;)
JP: Thank you! That is a very flattering complement. I can be verbose too, at times, but I’ve tried to learn to be spare in my poetry and it is wonderful to know you appreciate it.
As for a next poem, my poem “The Green Lady” is (hopefully) due out from Aberrant Dreams sometime in 2008. I’ll be sure to post when it is available.

Not much time left in 2008, Kit, so I’ll be looking for “The Green Lady.” Nice thought, to tease with a title.
