I assume that she and Aerich are scheduled for reincarnation at some point by the demon goddess. Considering her sense of humor and inscrutable ways, for all we know they came back as Loiosh and Rocza. Considering who Vlad is supposed to be a reincarnation of, I'd say anything is possible.
